Join Elle for powerful breathwork sessions held in Cape Town, Denver and around the world. In these guided group experiences, you’ll use trauma-informed, conscious connected breathing to release stored emotion, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your inner truth-all within the support of sacred community.
Elle hosts private group breathwork journeys (corporate team bonding, bachelorette/bachelor parties, or other types of group settings) and public group breathwork journeys hosted in Cape Town, Denver and many other locations!

I offer trauma-informed conscious connected breathwork as a core part of the Courageous Life retreats I host and others that I serve as a practitioner at. Held in awe-inspiring, soul-stirring locations all around the world, these breathwork-infused retreats offer an opportunity for us to get out of our day-to-day environments and routines. It is often with a change in scenery that we can detach from what's keeping us stuck, create clarity around what we desire and have an amazing adventure while doing it!
